New found site and now a new member. Got a truck that I loved as a kid wishing for in the dealer lot and now the older kid has a 1978 GMC K35. I've had it a few years and would like to redo the truck completely again, to my satisfaction. For now it is driven as is and maintained very well until its return to the garage. Picture was from the ad that the truck was in at the time. Underneath and engine as clean as topside. Stereo 8-Track works too...

From what I can tell by the parts books, counting leaf packs front and rear, as well as other SRW 1 Tons, it has no extra lift installed. Tires are 315/75R16 rather than original 9.50-16.5LT though. About a 3" difference in height between the tires is where the lift is showing up.
