Engine code "CAF" ???

Just got around to looking up the engine code on my 77. PO led me to believe it was a 350, now I'm not so sure. The engine code is CAF314163 Date code is V0924TDF
Any ideas?

The engine code is TDF and it is a 1980 350 from a C20.
