Yes. Did you watch the video associated with that part? All that does is drop the mounting point of the cable so the geometry is level and not askew.

Thanks. I was just making sure I wasn't missing something. If I can't get my edlebrock running right this weekend it's going in the trash and I'm moving my Holley off the wrecked K10.

Thanks. I was just making sure I wasn't missing something. If I can't get my edlebrock running right this weekend it's going in the trash and I'm moving my Holley off the wrecked K10.

One more thing just for your information. There's a similar kit, Sonnax AS4-04K, that adds a spring in the correction assembly to supposedly insure against premature TV cable misadjustment. I don't know if it does anything different, as I've only used a Holley with a TH400, but that Sonnax kit is what Monster Transmission recommends. If you want that one, you can probably get it through Summit, Jegs, or Amazon for the same or similar price. Good reviews from what I can see.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm just trying to limp along until I can do my engine/trans swap. The drivetrain in this K5 is about on its last leg.
