Been working on my NON SB truck, the 88 k1500 tbi, looking to relocate my esc from the intake mounted bracket to the firewall maybe, but one wire instead of coming from the firewall to the front where the esc is, it comes off the esc and goes to the front of the motor. I aint sure what it goes to but I can figure it out when I get more time, and it's not raining lol. I am looking to cut it and splice in a length so I can relocate the esc module. I know I need the same gauge and stuff, just wondering if it would effect voltage or not splicing in a longer length wire.
