The price tends to increase the larger the lift you want.

I got a 4" lift on my k10.

Front:
4" Lift Tuff Country EZ Rides - $190 (x2)
2" Drop Pitman Arm - $115
Sway Bar Quick Disconnect - $99
Rancho RS9000XL - $100 (x2)

Rear:
4" Shackle Flip - $190
4.5" HD Shackles
w/ grease able bushings - $190
Rancho RS9000XL - $100 (x2)
Flipped overloads - Free
Extended Stainless Steel
brake lines - $112
Total: ~$1500

Clearly not the absolute cheapest route out there, but my truck rides far better than I've ever known it to. The ability to "tune" the shocks makes life a lot nicer since you don't have either too firm or too soft of a shock and can change it a bit to suit your preferences.

I opted for the shackle flip over a set of lift springs for the rear because I already had 3 added leaves in the rear for hauling an over-the-cab camper and towing a boat. The rear was stiff as is, it didn't need to be worse. Ended up taking two of these out (per side) to help soften it up some more. Suspension is a lot more flexible than if I had opted for blocks or lift springs (unless they were expensive deavers or a custom set from ORD).
