Battery Good...No power/electricity, nothing, when key is turned to start. 1984 GMC Sierra 1500. Started once but nothing now????

I would start by verifying battery terminals are clean and connected tight, than check for power at the starter, and than check at the fuse block, there is fusible links that can and do burn up, do some research on where there are located, (by the starter is what I have seen, but can be elsewhere) and from there start testing every circuit from the fuse block outwards

Fusible links down at starter are more than likely the culprit, you can source them from any auto parts store.
