2.5% is a problem? I'd pee myself if I could get everything within 2.5%. Heck, I'd sell that stuff as blueprinted.

Honestly, its probably fine.

But since it doesn't cost me anything to flow them, I'll try and get it a bit closer. I can always sell a close set of 4 to the honda guys since they're starting to use the decapped injectors now, and use that cash to get some more injectors.

So two of the 8.00 pumps were able to maintain pressure with decapps? Sweet!

I'll CLiffs notes it for you. I'm not trying to be patronizing BTW.

Turbo engines need larger injectors.

Larger injectors are expensive.

Cutting the restrictor/spray cap off a stock LS truck injector roughly quadruples it's output for free, from 24 to 80-ish lbs/hr.

It's also wildly inaccurate, so they need to be tested, a set of 8 can have a variance of over 10%, or flow at right angles or something, thusly hydrolocking your fancy turbo LS engine.

Companies will test them for you, for roughly 75 a set, since you need to test at least 2 set's to get a matched set, it get's costly fast.

By spraying them into graduated cylinders, you can see the flow and pattern for yourself.

By using an Arduino, (a cheap little computer, 30 bucks), you can precisely time how long they spray for, rather than using a sundial or some other guestimation.

By knowing exactly how much they flow for a set time, boom, now you save yourself, or make yourself, 75 a set.
