Anyone know of a 12" air filter housing?

So I just got a brand new Wix air filter spec'd for my truck, but its a 12" round filter. The problem is there don't seem to be any housings/air hats for that size. Plenty for 14" filters but none for a 12" OD filter. Does anyone know of a housing/hat that will fit this filter? I don't have the original air cleaner assembly so that's out of the question, I was thinking a more universal design would work, I just can't find one. Any help would be appreciated!!!

if you want an original i have one. came off my 1984 C10...also have all the original ducting that goes from the end of the air cleaner to the front of the engine compartment. just a thought. if your interested let me know
