Antenna adapter for '78 K20 antenna to ISO / DIN?

Hi Folks,

I recently installed a new head unit that has an ISO / DIN style antenna port. Has anyone found an adapter to adapt the original Motorola style antenna cord to a modern head unit?

I've checked Metra and Crutchfield with no luck.

haven't needed one in forever but those pigtails were quite common.
i'm suprised an ebay search returned no hits for you.
