Hello, I have done extensive searching over the last couple of weeks. It seems that everyone has the same issue as I but has never posted their fix.
I have a 77 c10 that I want to add intermittent wipers too. I have everything out of a 78-84 truck and want to bench test it all before adding it to my truck. I am powering it with a Milwaukee battery
Wiper body and switch and grounded to battery. Brand new switch and motor. I have checked the continuity on the new switch to confirm the delay portion is functioning and it is. Works in low/high/mist and parks. Only does not work in delay. If I ground the grey wire as per the diagnostic table with the switch in delay mode the motor functions which is telling me the module has an issue. I have had the module checked and the thyristor replaced but I have no way to confirm that the module was ever fixed or good. I have had an issue locating a proper diagram to confirm my wiring. Before I bring the module back to the electronics guy I want to verify I have everything right on my end. Thank you for the help
A to dash light
b black/blue stripe out of module to parking switch (pin 5) wire black/blue stripe,
c grey low speed wire out of module to pins 2 (park switch) and 4 grey wires
D purple out of module to pin 3 high speed
E black out of module to battery ground
F pink out of module to washer pump
Pins 1 and 7 (white wires) ignition power
