I've heard of them and seen them too. They are customized beds and never offered by GM. Usually it's the result of mixing/matching frames and cabs, then modifying a bed to fit the rest of the frame.

Welcome to the site from NC. I know that all the CC's that I've seen have been LB from the General. I have heard that USAF trucks were CCSB...but I have never seen a GM like that. I have seen Ford & Dodge CCSB trucks however. Even IHC made CCSB trucks...

Obviously, I can't speak about all USAF trucks but I bought a retired USAF 91 V3500 and it was a typical long bed.

Saw a red one like this a couple weeks ago. Except it was a round eye, of course the front clip could have been swapped out. It was clean, sometimes I wish I didn't drive with my phone put away, because I see some good vehicles I could share on the forum.
