78 round eye

I have a 78 inline 6, which is gone, wanted to put a 350 in. i have an 84 350 with no engine accessories , can i take the the mounts, pulleys, power steer, water pump, and exc.. off the 89 doner i have, to put on the 84 block?. or can i put a carb on the 89 easier than doing all that. i dont want tbi. thanks.

The water pump rotation changes from '84 to '89 ('V' belt vs. serpentine belt), so keep this in mind if moving things around. No other accessories change rotation direction.
