1983 Emissions Hose Routing

Back again with another question that hopefully isn't beating a dead horse. This is what's remaining of the emissions diagram from my 83 GMC that had/has a 350M engine. What's missing from the portion that is torn off on the bottom right?

Maybe that will help.

Looks like the vapor canister and deceleration valve if they are the same, or close.

One of the items that is partially torn might be the "DVTR VALVE"? What would that be?

Has to do with the air pump :

I am assuming it is diverter valve.
