Probably a long shot but thought I'd check. 2 of the 3 studs are broke off mine, and there's some heavy rust/loss of metal on the metal components inside. I've already started some rust inhibitor on the metal parts, planned to silicone what I can. I've already read the thread about 3M tape to replace the factory seal. Planned some sheet metal work to try to build something back for the studs and maybe pop-rivet and silicone to my heater box. If anyone has the plastic heater core housing/duct in decent shape, let me know.
