    You mentioned the front 02s are hooked up, are they actually in the exhaust stream? Check all your grounds again and make sure they are good. One from head to ground, block to ground, and make sure all the ECM black wires are tied to ground. When it runs like crap, will it rev out at all or...

    The 6 speed is not controlled by the ecm. Need to drop the pan to tune these trans i believe. You do have the factory 5.3 temp sensor stili installed correct? Driver side head?

    Are the front 02s installed? If not then u are in limp mode. Did they atleast modify your harness to be able to hook a LED up as a CEL? If not...as above scan it. Also...These motors love grounds. The more the better.

    That needs to be a positive at that stud. That would supply you the power to all the devices attached. I am using the same one.

    Use factory wiring, sensor, and obtain the threaded adapter from summit. Remove large allen key bolt on passenger side head. Install adapter and then install factory 85 sensor. Temp will work.

    Full length will give you the most (As Jim stated up to 10 or so). A good H or X pipe for balance is a great way to go as well. Mids or shortys in my opinion are worthless. But again, my opinion not fact.

    You are gonna get 2 arguments. Some are gonna say rubber, some are gonna say poly. Poly has less shock absorption, but that's what i buy. Wont sag out.

    317's will work, but they will lower your comp to around 8.5 because they have a larger chamber....... Good if you are gonna force some air down its throat, but not NA.

    350 or 5.3l?

    Don't need to buy a trans to run a 5.3. TH350, 400 bolt right up using the flex plate spacer for seating the converter. If you used an inline fuel pump, no need to worry about the dual tanks. And there is nothing wrong with using an inline pump. Cost will be the determining factor as usual...

    I would use a regular style sending using and a walbro inline 255 lph. You could modify to use a intank walbro 255, but they can and will puke if you run them while low on fuel.

    Roof access for cab running lights.

    Maybe stick a shop vac up inside the B pillar behind the seat and suck the wire down that way. Would need to attach a light string to the wire atleast so the vac could pull that down. then pull through the wire.

    Axle swap for gear ratio

    If you do use them, have to atleast use them in the proper orientation. Holes top and bottom. Personally, i bought the HR 12 ton stands and use some 8x8's and stack like lincoln logs.
