What about using a small transitional pipe with this muffler? I don't believe you will find the offset in / dual out because that would take some tricky bends inside the muffler. http://www.gotexhaust.com/i-14137404-magnaflow-performance-exhaust-12278-stainless-steel-muffler.html

For the converter I would probably look at the Magnaflow options. http://www.gotexhaust.com/i-16300120-magnaflow-49-state-converter-93476-93000-series-obdii-compliant-direct-fit-catalytic-converter.html

I'm just getting warmed up. I will work on finding something like you described. Good to know we can at least get the factory replacement parts for your Squares now. Well, soon. Still ironing out the details.

They will deal with online retailers and may drop ship but require a minimum stocking order to start. What I meant is they won't take direct drop-ship accounts for non-stocking retailers, which we would be due to lack of demand on our end. Maremont and APC are next on my list. Maremont has been...

Glad you're pleased with the price. Keep in mind orders less than $99 are subject to shipping charges, but on something like those Ground shipping wouldn't be much. As for the Walker parts you listed, I did look into them for you. I spent some time on the phone with Walker and Dynomax trying...

Getting warmer? LOL. The lap joint band clamps like you pictured have been phased out by many of the manufacturers who now push the "AccuSeal" type which is pictured above. That being said, I think the Walker clamp below is closest to what you're looking for...

I can't see your picture. I can check on the band clamps. Assuming this is what you mean, Borla makes nice stainless band clamps in various sizes: http://www.gotexhaust.com/i-14137764-borla-18330-stainless-accuseal-band-clamp.html...

Right on, 3" single should be about right, if not a little big, using conventional wisdom. Going too big on true duals can be quite counterproductive so I agree with you there as well. Thanks!

What inlet / outlet diameter are you guys using on the Flowmaster BB 70 Series and 30" Magnaflow? I think we can do some darn good discounts on those. I'm guessing it depends but 2.25" and 2.5" would probably be most appropriate for the HP output of the 350 - 400 CID

Definitely, I'm on it. :patriot: Right now the only two "kit" systems I show for a 77 K10 are Dynomax 2.25" for 350-400CID. Side exit behind the tires. I will look around for 2.5" with 45* exit before the rear tires... Here is the installation manual for the 89003 + 89004 kits. One is mandrel...
