Power steering conversio
Just got a 74 c10 with a 350 and manual steering. Looking for a conversion kit to switch to power steering. I see a bunch for the earlier generation trucks up to 72.- csc10

Any ideas what this is and why?
Posting a picture of A box located under my dash next to my fuse block on my 74 c10 with a 350 and 3 on the tree. Any idea what it is and why it’s there? I’ve don’t ever remember my dads 74 having that.- csc10
