Those are external hubs for the ‘big hub’ d44’s from mid 70’s. Those d44’s also had the flat top knuckles.
Not sure if dials will swap between external and the newer internal locking hub sets, but the whole units themselves will not.
The ones I posted also have option for halo’s with amber switchback, so was planning to use the switchback halo’s for the turn signals and then the 81/82 bumper lights would serve as fogs.

They are not hard to get your hand in there, and of course feel nice in your hand when closing. The size and shape is just right.
Maybe ill see if i can get another set made, and maybe more, seems others would be interested.
My dads c10 has these aluminum door straps/handles. Was wondering if these are possibly a one off that were made or if anyone knows a company that sells them? Would love to get a set for my truck as well.
Can you share more details? What sizes? I had speedhut gauges in my old foxbody and loved them. Would consider them for my k5 as alternative to DD, but wasnt sure they could be fit into stock bezel cleanly
They dont have it on their site, but they are currently designing the 85-87 grill. Based on this, it wont be cheap, but its all hand made and im sure will look awesome.they will have OE appearance, but be metal...
@metal tech do you have pics of the speedhuts installed? Had them on old foxbody mustang, loved the gauges and all the options and gps speedo. Curious how they look in a square. What bezel did you use?
