700R4 hits 45mph then kicks into 1st gear
I bought a new Blazer in 1982. first year of the 700r4. I had a choice of the 350 or 700r4 trans. I picked the 700r4, big mistake. The dealer did tell me to never tow in overdrive no matter what the owners manual says.- Ken Boellner
