That had happened in the past when it was @Catbox car still, this pump actually has e-clips on both sides to keep that from happening. Think this time the diaphragm just said "Nah, I'm tired of this".- Maxwellvis

Old school hub caps
The wheels are yes, the center caps are off of a GMT800 3/4 or 1 ton pickup. Stock they have these hideous clip on center caps: GMT800 caps make them look much better IMO. I've also seen Dodge guys run them with Ram center caps, also much better.- Maxwellvis

They're just the right amount of "modern" looking for them to look good in my opinion. The GMC caps finish them off properly, rather than no caps or the terrible H2 caps. Photos of what @Catbox is referring to on my Suburban: Peep the Shrek Crocs, those are proper PPE for this project. Just used a Dremel tool with a cutoff disk and a sanding drum for the cleanup work. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to do each front one.- Maxwellvis

Alternator BAT Wire Gauge

Alternator BAT Wire Gauge
I've used 6GA welding wire when I've made new charge cables. Lots of strands, good for bigger alt (and bigger stereo that sucks the juice faster/harder), and good wire that'll last a good long time. Overkill 0GA welding wire for main bat. POS and NEG as well.- Maxwellvis

This one had lots of miles on it when I got it from an "Uncle" off his RV, just never got around to swapping with the new ones I ordered. 3 spares since I know MSD likes to arc in the cap and carbon track, thus negating spark.- Maxwellvis

PO put an electric fuel pump on this one as the company he used for the S10 chassis swap didn't offer engine mounts tall enough to run a mech pump. Not done in a permanent or correct manner at all, but F' it, we ball. It'll get a more proper setup when it comes back. Ridiculously fun truck...- Maxwellvis

I prefer the 1303, '73 specifically to stay away from the fugly shock absorbing bumper mounts and it's easier to get lower. Girlfriend's car is a '71 1302, feels weird to drive/ride around in with the windshield being right there. The dash to me looks better in the later cars, more finished...- Maxwellvis

Engine Bay Wiring Identification
My only opposition to the red and blue being PO added is that it’s got a factory looking tag near the hitch at the rear, naturally, it’s not legible at all. Engine Bay Wiring Identification
The other wiring that I've kinda got an idea about but am unsure of is these red and blue wires. They're paired up together starting on the wheel tub and run back towards the trailer hitch.
