Hello from Texas! Glad to have found this forum. Wow there's some great info here! I'm just starting a major rehab project - 1981 GMC 2500. I want to keep it largely stock looking. The stock 350 is locked up but it'll be replaced with another small block, but the 400 tranny will be replaced...- Junior 01

Headers/fastners
I've used headers quite a bit in the past but anyways had to be checking torque on the bolts at the flange and collector. I'm not sure I'm willing to do that on the '80 GMC 3/4 Ton in about to restore thigh l though. What do you guys use that works great? Stage 8? Studs? Or is running manifolds...- Junior 01
