1st attempt: 2 pumps of throttle and half choke, key buzzer sounded as normal and engine nearly started to fire then quit
2nd attempt: one more pump of throttle and full choke, same result

Happy Thanksgiving yall… had a minute in between turkey and football to snap a few photos of my fuse box. This truck is an 84 diesel that has been swapped to a 454.

After several weeks of debating whether to pull the trigger on purchase… this 84 K2500 arrived at my door. First time owner, have no doubt overpaid for it, but thank god the wife, our kids, and the baseball team I coach, all love it.
Hey y’all… first time poster here. I’m looking at making a purchase of a 1984 K2500 and seller informs me there is oil leaking onto the header pipe (see photo with area circled in green) that he thinks is coming from oil filter housing. Any thoughts? Y’all agree or think something different...
