When it warms up I am going to take a close look at both tanks, check their ground wires, make sure they are actually attached at the frame, check the grounds in the engine bay if I can find them, and pressure test the fuel. Unfortunately I just filled the working passenger side tank to help with all the problem solving I was sure related to TBI electronics that live in and around the throttle body itself. Now it definitely seems as if it could be the old electronic pumps in the tank and/or clogged sock filters on... -

Both of my tanks used to work then the drivers side died on me one day. I would switch periodically to keep things flowing, so I have always had an idea that this tank/pump/selector/sending unit issue would be abrupt and necessary. -

@Ajax19 , and @Redfish , I am thinking by now you both have replaced tanks/sending units/fuel pumps on your TBI trucks by now. Could you guys both tell me where you got your tanks from? I have looked in to getting all new tanks, pumps etc...so I have a general idea of what I would be spending... -

Got ambitious this morning with a little free time. Took out the new IACV and cleaned the inlet. Did the paper clip idle set thing, mainly just to get the IACV to set itself.
