Remove the dust cover, and add some grease to protect the bearing. Everything you put on the driveshaft could cause an imbalance. The rear dust cover is pressed on, not super tight but it's not coming loose normally. The front one is between the bearing and the thick part of the driveshaft. Is...- ali_c20

Hood Adjustment - Front Needs to go Down
Are your hinges maxed out in movement? You can enlarge/slot the holes of the hinges at the fenders. You can also add shims under the hood for minor adjustment. Do you have hood braces? are the hinges new or the old ones?- ali_c20

Differential swap / bought it, work and install now
I use furniture dollies for moving axles around in my garage. I put my "shelved" transmission, engines, transfer cases and other heavy stuff on them so that I can easily move them around. No matter where I put them, there always comes a time when they get in my way.- ali_c20

Bent fuel pump rod
I rotate the engine till the rod is in as far as possible, put some grease on the pump rod so that it doesn't slip out, double check and install the new pump. I only have blocks without the screw hole. Make that the fuel pump lever is straight and has no play....had a fuel pump with a angled...- ali_c20

Welcome from Austria. I have never seen an aftermarket chrome bumper that looks like the original one. LMC has them, quality unknown. Westin has a universal step bumper. Eckler has one but it's ~550$. Find a straight one from a junkyard get it plated. A painted bumper would be cheaper for...- ali_c20

Regarding the brakes: On the old FF axles you have to remove the hub to access the brake shoes cause the wheel studs are pressed in thru the drum and then the hub. Rebuild the brakes and replace all seals in the hubs when you have them off. The hubs with slip on drum and press on drum are not...- ali_c20
