Welcome from DFW Texas….. what are some of the reasons you feel it’s “not” worth the attempt? Excessive rust? Money (always money) ROI? Caulking In Bed
We used NP1. Got it in a bunch of colors at Lowe’s about $7 a tube. Used it on cab floor repair sealing top and bottom and bed seams before rhino lining. It’s been over a year and we are water tight everywhere and no cracking even in Texas heat. Randy and Easton- Randy and Easton

alternate High beam indicator light

Temp sensor disconnected
@plummrey , what temp gauge? Light or gauge ? Each has its own sensor type, ask us how we know……? It uses a clip type connection. We used shielded connector for fuse box and cut insulation off one side and shrink wrapped it inside some thermal insulated protective sheathing. Works great now...- Randy and Easton

Charcoal canister delete?
Made an interim fuel vent/charcoal filter (not to vacuum) and sealed the cap again to see if this will work while I fab up the mount for the original canister. Will report how this works venting tank and keeping fumes down. Randy and E- Randy and Easton

Mounting Location of Courtesy Lights

What is this wire for?
Update (I know it’s been a year) that black wire on the engine side of the fuse block is constant hot so I’m still trying to figure out where it goes. I just used a test light, not volt meter yet. New cluster/gauge install…Nothing works!!!
harness only goes in one direction Into cluster. Look at the connect pins and you will see the slightly different sizes. Easy to get it wrong, but when you do you will not feel it “lock or click” into place.- Randy and Easton
