I have a Lotos TIG/Plasma cutter. It works pretty good on 110. I've been looking into making a 220 extension cord for it. Then I can work on teaching myself how to TIG weld...lol -

:welcome:You said you replaced both hoses? Was that both the pressure hoses? Have you checked the spitter valve hose on top of the unit? The return lines? The pump could be going bad. The great thing about Hydro boost is... it is a pretty simple system.- Mr Clean

Made a new tool
Got the other upgrades done on my 20 ton press. Welded a strap on each side of the press plates deck to hold the new press plates from sliding off. Weld on tabs to hold the eccentric bearings to the jack pad. There is no play in it now... need to do some clean up, and paint. Pretty happy with... -

Made some room in my shop. Pulled the body off of the 4x4 frame. Had to see what it looked like on the 2WD frame.... So stoked. -

Got the doner Blazer in the shop to pull the body off... it's a bit cramped in the shop at the moment. Hopefully it won't be long before the body comes off. -
