Yes! That stuff looks good. I’ve never seen it locally but have wanted to run it. The local shops have started carrying VR1 synthetic so I’ve started running that- I just need to plan ahead better.- ChuckN

Yeah, I get that but time for something thicker and with a high zinc content for your cam and lifters. I’ll post a picture below of a chart, but basic rule of thumb is higher than 1200 ppm desired. Matt69olds and Ricko1966 gave you some good info and advice, I would definitely follow that...- ChuckN

Man, good call- I don’t think I’ve ever seen an oil that low in viscosity with high zinc content (unless added afterward with Lucas ZDDP, etc.)- ChuckN

I’m running 20w50 in mine. If I was in a colder climate, I’d run 15w40. Is the pressure drop coinciding with oil temp? Like after it’s warmed up or does it do that even when cold? Perhaps the oil pick up is a bit clogged, maybe drop the pan and see. It may be able to pull enough when at low...- ChuckN

LMC Dash Pad Supplier
This thread kinda got me thinking. So my dash is horribly cracked. I put a carpet cover over top so it doesn’t really bother me, but… I’d like a nice replacement. So, entry level is 300+for a dodgy outcome- bad fitment, warping, etc…or might get lucky. More than 500 for a USA1 replacement... -

Yeah, there’s a guy down in Marysvile called Corbin’s Custom Upholstery. He just quoted me 775$ for a recover without speaker holes, and 925$ with speaker holes. I get that it will be show quality, but sheesh…
