My 1987 V3500 is currently at the body shop. I trying to remember if there is a cooler for the P/S system. I would check every hose and if there is a cooler make sure it is clear. Backfiring through carb. Wont start
I have been lurking here for a while. Been in the automotive service business since 1985 and now am a Field Service Engineer for an auto manufacturer. Backfiring out the intake is timing.
