    The relay is another story- extremely hard to find. RY547 or GM 20306055 If the relay ever fails you will probably have to adapt a new rely and use a ground wire

    Probably will never know. Just a thought- If it happens again I would make sure the relay is grounded good. The original relay is grounded by it's casing.

    Usually PNK-30 runs from cluster to bulkhead. Then from bulkhead to sender unit on tank. If it is dual tanks its a little different. It runs to selector valve then it is pnk/wht & pnk/blk running to tanks there is no 81 however 80 & 83 should be close if not identical. wiring diagrams link...

    Odd problem.. The only place I can think of that might have all possible components would be the buzzer in the convenience center.. Headlight instrument lamp, and possibly choke (uses gage/idle fuse) I would start by checking the ground bus bar by the emergency brake. this is totally a guess..

    I did the same. I just used a regular screw (left it sticking out a little -1/4 inch or so) Mine has been like that for 6 plus years with no problems

    I'll also mention the side marker lamps and why LEDs are sometimes a problem. The current goes both directions depending on whether the headlights are on or not. Hopefully someone who has changed theirs out to LEDs can explain how they did it.
