NV3500/NP208 combo
I have a NV3500/NP208 combo for sale came out of an 87 1 ton reg cab long bed. comes with, front drive shaft, rear drive shaft, flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, newer hydraulic slave cylinder, and the shifters as well. pretty much everything you need if you want a 5 speed in your truck...- steelburner83

I am running a drop steering arm on mine and haven't experienced any issues yet, is it just the steering geometry that makes them junk or are there future problems I should be on the look out for?- steelburner83

my buddy has had a bell tech lowering kit in his truck for about 15 years and has had no issues with it. however that was a long time ago so if I were going to buy I would definitely shop around and make sure I was getting the most for my money- steelburner83

mine were binding up cause the guy who painted it never pulled the rags out of the cowl after he put everything back together of course mine was an 87 so I don't know if the setup would be different for yours or not- steelburner83

Resurrecting Clifford the big red 87 R3500
My truck came with a TBI and I love it, all I had to do was replace some gaskets and o rings and she's purring like a kitten, starts great in the winter even in below zero temps. I've had carb motors before and did not like them at all.- steelburner83
