I kinda figured he was full of shit because there wouldn't be item numbers for a part that doesn't exist...now I'm just trying to figure out will the 32 tooth input fit the 27tooth input and planetary with no issues

so our 88 suburban had a 700r it blew apart i got a rebuilt 465 for it want to use the 208 can i put a 32 spline input in the 208 with no issues to mount it up or will i have to switch face covers ..i was also told by a transmission shop that a 208 never went behind a th400 and there is no 32...
