    Wiper arm removal… Don’t laugh!

You get it off yet? Mine I put a chunk of wood down beside the stem then used a pry bar. My Chilton manual says to lift on the wiper arm then pry it off the post.

    Coolant wtff?

So I have the new cap on and it fits a lot looser, the rubber on my old cap was swollen and creating too much resistance for the cap to vent properly I believe, the temp gage dose jump around a bit still, but I am still running straight water flushing the system. It also don’t help that I’m only...

Use the red wire coming off your pump relay harness your ignition must be off that wire is a test/prime wire to see if your pump works

    Coolant wtff?

The seal on my old cap was tight going into the new radiator, my thinking was that it took too much pressure to push it, the truck never got above 210°, but I have noticed that it still fluctuates between 155° and 210°, I’m thinking about getting a lower temp thermostat, it has a new stock temp...

    Fluctuating temp gage

Well got the new radiator in yesterday, and took it for a drive, the truck ran around 155° on the gage and about 185° when I was running it hard. Before it would run at around 185° and if I got on it it would jump to about 220° then calm down after a bit

    Tailgate Handle Assembly

The return spring works off the latch springs, I tried like hell to get mine apart but just ended up stripping the 3 Phillips head screws out and said f-it. Sprayed it with wd40 for a few days then worked the latch and had to reach in with a punch to set it back a few times, if you got slop you...

    Fluctuating temp gage

So I’ve been driving my 87’ v20 with a 350 motor for about two months now and I’ve noticed that whenever I accelerate, drive slow, or drop a gear to pull even a small hill my temp gage climes to the 210°-220° mark then it drops back down. I have installed a new water pump, t-stat, and coolant...

    Blinker issues “SOLVED”

It was kinda easy not much on the YouTube that I found, there is a turn signal switch video or two but nothing 100%. You will need a steering wheel puller, and a lock plate compressor, philips, few torques, and 3 different sockets to remove the column/dash mount, and steering wheel nut, both...

    Blinker issues “SOLVED”

So it turns out it was the blinker switch in the column, it went in easier than I thought it would, turns out the reassemble was a bit more of a pain, mainly when you realize you missed a piece, and then another, and have to take the column apart 2 extra times. But it all works as it should

    Blinker issues “SOLVED”

I’m suspecting my multi switch in the column I pulled it out and was going to bench test it but I don’t know what wire is the common ground/hot, I guse I could just run through them all and what ever one is the most constant is the one I’m looking for, right?? I suck at this wiring thing

    Blinker issues “SOLVED”

As far as I know the only thing on the blinker system is the, bulbs, sockets, wires, 1 relay, 1 fuse, and the switch. The only thing original is the wires, and the blinker switch. Am I missing something in the blinker system??? If so I have no idea what it is

    Blinker issues “SOLVED”

Well I’m going to pull the steering column apart tomorrow and see if the switch is bad I used a light probe on the dark blue wire at the harness coming through the bottom of the column, if I was correct I should of had power there, but didn’t
