    Wiper Arms Modification?

You know that bit where the wiper arm attaches to the transmission linkage? Does that have a gm part number? If so you can look that up, see what other models use it and find other models with different wiper blades that might work.

    Center Console Knob

I'm looking to get a lock for my glove box and center console and came across this thread and I was wonder are they the same lock? They look similar and I would like to have the same key for the two. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Heater worked great now no air flow.

Only other thing I can think of is to check the connections and make sure they are clean, don't forget the ground as well.

Heater worked great now no air flow.

It wouldn't be that hard to swap out an AC harness for a heater only harness. You'd have to swap out your AC/heater control for a heater only version. Also, take a look at the pictures you posted, mainly the second one. I can see some bare wire where it looks like the radio noise filter connects...

Heater worked great now no air flow.

Here are some more pics. The resistor is the diamond shaped thing. It can be taken out without disassembling everything.

Heater worked great now no air flow.

Might even just be dirty. I looked at mine a while ago and it was all full of crap. Might want to take a wire brush and clean up everything. A $1.00 brush is a lot cheaper than a new blower motor and with an old truck you'll definitely be using it again. Couldnt hurt to take it off and see if...

Got me a few surplus military toolboxes today

These were stripped of tools when I got them. Some sockets, wrenches, chisels, and miscellaneous bits. I'm going to fill them up with my own tool set as that case has seen better days.

Got me a few surplus military toolboxes today

I have 9 of these in usable condition. Most of them need wheels, besides that they are good to go. I'm going to use one when I go to the pull and pays from now on

    How does the coolant flow?

The thermostat is new AC Delco Fan clutch is good, no free spinning Temp sensor is new (and i've used two different gauges just to be sure) Hoses were replaced when I replaced the coolant. When I flushed the radiator and motor I used the hose at first and then flushed with distilled water...

Got me a few surplus military toolboxes today

I love these tool boxes. Some are good, others are junk, some are a mix of the two. I'm going to see how many good sets I can make :happy160:

    Dual Tank selector switch Help!

I would trace the harness in the dash to see if it has been spliced with a similar harness. If my memory is working it should go up to a rubber grommet in the firewall.

    How does the coolant flow?

I'm guessing my flush knocked something loose and now its trapped in the radiator. Probably didn't help that I used some stop leak when a small hole opened up. Was your radiator replaced with an aluminum one by any chance?

    How does the coolant flow?

When is the last time you had the cooling sytem flushed?

    How does the coolant flow?

Ironic as now i'm having problems with overheating. My truck was doing fine when it was about 7 out with a winter front, now it idles at around 200 degrees. I think my radiator is blocked up. Figures as I just replaced all the coolant and hoses, now I have to drain it all and start over.

    LED Question (Please Read)

The ebay ones are 165 lumen and the SBLED bulb is 260, so the SBLED is definitely brighter. It also comes with a warranty which is big for me. They're probably made in the same factory truth be told. The packages I received had "made in china" written all over them. You can always buy a few and...

    Replaced cluster lights with LEDs

Here is a shopping cart of what you will need to convert a gas cluster to LEDs. Diesel guys will just need to add another amber and red light for the glow plugs and WIF light. http://www.superbrightleds.com/cart?cart_shared=f109b1fff439b3bc058a42ae3e03dcd7

    Replaced cluster lights with LEDs

I should also mention that it was suggested to buy a no load flasher relay so the turn signals would work with LEDS. I tried it out without the no load flasher and with and mine worked the same both ways. UPDATE: I went outside to get a picture of the hazards working to show how bright the...
