epoxied in place. I epoxied from the back with masking tape holding in place, once cured enough I pulled masking tape and epoxied the front also. I will sand smooth once I am ready for my final finish. My final finish will be 3m di noc carbon fiber vinyl. So my finish on the front face does not...
so after cutting now it's time to trace our pieces onto our abs. Since the abs is black I will use masking tape so I can see my marks.
Once cut out they are ready for rough fitting into the bezel and then permanent affixing with black plastic weld.

After cutting out the center parts! I've also cut out the turn signal arrows due to using LEDs in their place. Also kept the cut out pieces for tracing onto my new piece of 1/8" abs plastic. More to come after lunch!

Ok for my plan to work I have to completely remove the stock rings from the bezel. Here is a pic of my practice attempt on a broken one I had laying around.
Also a pic of what will be used in the finished product. A bit more scientific on the finished product. Also done with a jigsaw

Step 1 is to remove the back part of the gauge pod. Found the jigsaw worked well on low speed and the soldering iron with a flat iron. Make sure to wear a mask and well ventilated area as it creates some nasty smoke!

Yep best price I could find for something I know someone else has used. Didn't want to buy something without knowing someone else has used it and had good luck with it!
I have one I'm about to drop in my 305. Bought it based on advice from HRPC and the others here I'll let you know next week after I get it in the truck!

This only works with a mech fuel pump. If your truck is crossbreed like mine I have a carb with a electric fuel pump. Mashing the pedal doesn't do much for mine.
Hey guys,
Was just wondering if anybody has had any experience with aftermarket carpet for our squares? Looking at my options and looking for input based on experience. Ready, set, go!
Winner winner chicken dinner! My golly that took way to long to read....Or decipher? Not sure if that was all English or not!

Should be a long bed. Being a crew cab, short bed was not an option. This could be different with can n chassis though. So wait for someone else who knows a little more to chime in. Welcome!
