    I run a single JLw1 in my '01 Ext cab under the rear seat. Plenty cheap and when set up properly pound pretty good( enough my neighbors complain) Airspace is important, like Andrew says, check the specs for possible replacements to the box your using.

    '76 GMC- Amsoil and a Wix filter '01 Sierra- Amsoil and wix filter Wifes '94 Silverado- Castrol GTX and Ac Delco filter( will be Amsoil and Wix next time around)

    anyone use seafoam?

    I use Seafoam on my '01 GMC in the oil and fuel before oil changes. I also used it recently in my '76 in the fuel, once my Amsoil order comes in I'll be using it in the oil and down carb. Its definately not a "snake oil" product like lots of others are selling.

    NP 205 or NP208

    I would swap in the 205 it is a better t-case IMO. I'll take a gear drive over chain driven anyday.

    It's pretty sraight forward. My advice it to switch 1 wire at a time from the old cap to new cap though so you dont mess up firing order.

    Looks like a good buy. X2 on keeping boggers on it over the Ag's. I would also trade the zoomy pipes in for some truck pull headers.

    I would use air bags for load leveling and a softer ride when not trailering. Good quality sway bars are available from several companies but you would probably have to make custom length links due to lift. IIRC some 1 ton duallys had rear sway bars from factory.

    I'm with Curt, there are some down sides to spools in the pits. When you get a good run its all good, but I'd hate to see your truck shiny side down in the slop from a side hop of the front end up the bank( have seen this in person) If your running a D44 or a 10 bolt up front I would be prepared...

    t-case grinding into 4low

    My '76(np205) goes into 4 lo as long as the trans is in neutral, but my gmt800 has to be rolling under 5km/hr to drop in. Iirc np208 must also be rolling slightly, it will grind slightly but should drop right in. You can also try shifting it in while truck is shut off and see if that works...

    My truck only has rattle can spray in boxliner on the floorboards, no window felts along bottom, half the weatherstipping is missing on drivers door and the straight piped exhaust dumps 8" behind the cab. I can barely even hear myself think doing 55. There are plenty of good sound deadening...
