The 3+3 meaning is 3 people in front and three in the back, GM made these Bouns cab trucks for peole that did not want the rear seat and alot of conversion companies bought them so they could put in the pull out bed as yours appears to have. -

88 Custom Dually 8 ft truck bed fully shaved bed pockets, fuel doors, lights, tailgate. Fuel fill relocated to inside rear of bed and fill both tank at the same time. WTB Gauge Cluster W/Air Pressure Gauge.
I have a whole cluster if your still looking, where the large fuel gauge would go I have a large tachometer with a small fuel gauge inside the tachometer and the bottom left small hole is where the dual needle air gauge is installed. let me know if you are still looking and interested. -

Help determine lift for towing
I used to have a 97 Dually Suburban and pulled these kind of loads, True It handled it fine but day and night to my 3500HD CCLB Dually Diesel with the truck you don't really think about the load being back there. GV if your towing there is no question you will be very happy after it is done. the gear splitting is the huge benefit when towing no other way to go. Just voted no surprises there- varmit86
