    Where can I find an inexpensive overdrive

    Find a Saginaw 3 speed with a Warner OD, last made in 67, A little wiring and a push/pull control wire and you are good to go. I don't think you even have to shorten the drive shaft. I drove one for about 20 years and wish I'd have kept that trans for my new ride. Bob

    Front fender alignment

    Thanks, didn't see that bottom bolt behind/above the splash shield, all is better now. Is it possible to remove front fenders without removing the wheel wells too? Looks a little fiddly around the grill, other than that just some bolts is all I see to move them. I'd like to remove them to paint...

    L6 Throttle Cable

    Yes L6 = inline 6, yes throttle cable makes a full loop on its way to the carb. Carb operates smoothly as does the pedal, it still requires lots of pressure to open carb and accelerate. Maybe I'll pack the outer housing with grease and hope that helps. Thanks, bob

    L6 Throttle Cable

    Hi On an '81 C10 with an L6 the throttle cable makes a complete turn, 360 degree turn, between the firewall and the carb. This creates a lot of friction and makes driving a bit difficult getting the revs just right. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it. I already...
