    Hey guys, I just reinstalled the cylinder head on my 250ci integrated head and need to set the valve lash. Reading through my Haynes manual it says tighten 3/4 turn past the point that you cannot spin the pushrod........is that right?

    Hey guys, I have another question. Why would the truck leak antifreeze when I removed the exhaust manifold? Are there water jackets that run between the intake and exhaust manifolds?

    The truck is all original, I bought it from the orginal owner. it does have the crossover that swoops under the driveshaft. I actually stopped at the machine shop today and they are pretty sure they wont have an issue repairing this one.....

    This one needs a bit of welding on it as well as several broke off manifold bolts removed. I going to drop it off at the machine shop today and see what they have to say. I do have a new "y" pipe on the way so we will see how it goes back together. Are these dual outlet exhausts rare?

    Manifold is off and there are no exhaust gaskets......maybe I should have been more clear. My truck has the manifold that has two exhaust outlets. it appears to me that the manifold is tapered to accept the exhaust pipe? is that correct?

    alright, I have all but one of the bolts removed to get this thing off. Any suggestions of how to remove the bolt that is underneath the manifold closest to the engine block right above the motor mount?

    Hey guys, I'm back at it this again. I need to get the exhaust manifold off of my L6 intregal head. From underneath the motor I only see tow bolts. I assume the bolts to remove the manifold are located on top of the intake? Thanks
