    Ignition module problems

You'll run power from the positive terminal at the battery straight to the distributor at the 12v tap front right next to the tachometer tap. Then turn the key if it fires up you'll need to disconnect this temp run to shut the engine off if it runs. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Ignition module problems

Simple answer. Made in a country with zero respect for quality control. I know everyone has or had one. Spend some time on Google searching for sun pro failure, problems and issues. Check out any American Made product they Will last for ever. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

Yep and get rid of the sun pro. How are your grounds. They are like money you can never have enough. Another question. Have you noticed any voltage spikes? Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Ignition module problems

Yes spark plug wires touching any metal will do this. Just a matter of when. Also plugs gapped too wide is now on that list. Take it from my personal experience. Ditch the sun pro on craigslist and get any other brand. I cover my plug wires in wire loom for this reason. I learned the hard way...

Mine kep failing until i replaced my sun pro tach. Other causes. The carbon brush under the coil. Grounded plug wires and other related grounds inside and out the distributor. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Ticking/Rattle on acceleration

Try disconnecting and plugging the the port the vac is connected to for time being. When did this issue start and what was done before? Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Ticking/Rattle on acceleration

Id really start by checking and adjusting your valve lash sounds a bit out of adjustment. Have you limited the vac advance to 8- 10 degrees? If not I'd suggest doing so. Totally sounds like to much vac advance combined with valve lash issues. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    The Big Dog fan upgrade

Hr. The crown vic fan has to be modified.the sides have to be cut. Not really a plug and go. Gm do your wiring kits come ready with an auto on device such as a temp probe? The high should somehow be wired to turn on when the ac is turned so its sorta a no Brainer. Sent from my LGLS991 using...

    Replacing compressor

X3 by the time You add up tools needed and parts to repair you could just buy a new compressor. Just make sure to pull a vacuum. Then close the gauge handles and connect the refrigerant to the same hose and let er rip. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    AC gauge readings

The compressor isn't pumping the refrigerant. If there was plugged the high side would be sky high and low start to go negative. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Replacing compressor

I see what your thinking I'm not speaking of the actual refrigerant that's no longer produced. I'm talking about the flush. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Replacing compressor

Say bud stop by a local ac supply store. It's what's in the cans of flush. I've been doing this for some time now. It's actually called rx11 flush. Those of us in the trade just call it r11. http://www.nucalgon.com/products/tsp/rx11-flush Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk
