    Wobble wobble wobble, rear axle.

Sounds like death wobble to me, check all your front ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks and steering stabilizer. Do you have a two piece rear driveshaft? If so check the carrier bearing, I have had those cause horrible vibrations also. Does it feel like the whole truck is hopping when the wobble...

    NO OIL pressure

No, a loose pan will not make the pickup pull in air, unless it's so loose it's hanging off the bottom of the engine by one bolt lol. While you have the pan off put a new oil pump and driverod sleeve in, you can get them for 25 to 50 bucks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steering arm removal

Get a brass drift punch and smack the arm from the top, be carefully not to hit the studs, soaking and some heat will help also. We have same type of washers on the forklift wheels, this is how I usually get them loose. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You will have to change the input shaft. The spline count is different. Maybe you can salvage it out of your old case. Unless they changed something in the later years. Count the splines to be sure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ground wire issues?

Sounds like it's starving for fuel, could the filter be plugged? It would be an easy thing to check. It might have good pressure at idle, then as you accelerate the filter is restricting flow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2-2.5" Lift Kits?

I have a rough country 2" lift on my 84. Its not bad, its a tad stiff in the front but thats all. It came with 2" blocks for the rear and i have had no trouble out of any of it. Only thing i recommend is try not to use thier brake line relocators, they are junk. but if you already have a 4" on...

    77 3/4 Ton Lift question??

How high are you going to lift it? IIRC driveshafts should be ok up to 6". And at 6" some lower the transfer case a bit to help with driveline angle. Shouldn't be any differant than lifting a non full time truck. Just make shure all tires are the same size, which I'm sure u know already. The...
