    Power locks/Windows

If it works smoothly just slow you might just need to lube it up. The rear windows on my burb did the same thing was very very slow and the pass side needed somebody to help it up or down. Just pull the door skin and shoot some lube on the tracks and gears and it should help it out quite a bit...

Strage Problem, came out of no where

a vac leak would cause the o2 sensor to send a lean signal to the computer which will cause it to send more fuel. Did you ever spray to check for a leak?

    gauge and sensor ?'s

if your careful with a meter and don't scratch the copper you can ohm check between traces to see if you have a short somewhere on the pcb. would still require the removal of the gauge cluster from the dash though

    Pioneer Stereo

Grab a multi-meter and look for a hot wire (12v) with the key off, that one should go to yellow (pin 10) for the after market harness, then with the key in acc you should be able to find a second hot wire and that would go to the red wire in the after market harness (pin 9). If it is already...

Strage Problem, came out of no where

If its a vac leak, which most likely it is because the trans acting up at the same time, the oxygen sensor would see a lean mixture and cause it to throw a code.

    First stereo build...

depends how you look at it 5 4ohm speakers in series is 4+4+4+4+4=20 or 5*4=20 I guess I kind of wrote it wrong which is why I also gave the example

    First stereo build...

like suggested you could look into a 5 channel amp and have front rear and mono sub. You wont need subs at 8 ohms, but an amp that can drive the impedance that your subs are at. 2 subs at 4 ohms in series would give you 8 ohms, and 2 4 ohms in parralles would give you 2 ohms. series multiplys an...

    Automatic/Remote start 350 tbi

Im going to put one in my burb once I find a part time job. Just did one on my camry and it was pretty simple just a ton of wires, as long as you have tbi it should be fairly simple

What have you done to your square lately??

Put on new header gaskets, took rear door cards off and used some graphite lube on the power windows and the lock linkages. I think I need some type of bushings on the lock linkages because they are still really stiff to lock manually and takes 2-3 hits of the power locks to lock or unlock...

New guy with Audio and Custom fab

How does it correct the wiring for the front stage? Wouldn't that make it mono? All of my setups have been for balanced audio, not for competition style audio so forgive me if I'm thinking wrong.

Ya isnt that the truth lol, I trust what he says though, he is usually pretty observant, and the couple times I rode in it from what little attention I was paying it ran pretty smooth.

Ill give the test light a try tomorrow. as for the re-build there was no leak until we swapped the injectors with the ones from the 5.7 tb that I have my guess is the upper o-ring got pinched when we did the swap cuz we just removed the top piece and were between the seats doing the swap. so...

The only code we got was a lean 02 code all the other codes was from us unplugging stuff. swapped in the injectors from the 5.7 tb I have and we couldnt see a spray from them but it ran off what was leaking around the o-rings.

We used a chunk of hose on the end of the feed line at the tb and got 18-19 psi. Is there any sensors that could affect this or possibly a bad signal from the ecu?

Well he has work tomorrow so depending on how dry it is I may go out there and lower the tank a bit to see. I'm also going to grab my gauge out of storage and see if we can come up with a way to hook it up or make an adapter for it. The frozen lines were/are a thought since it was getting down...

The bad hose was what I was hoping for when we pulled the pump, it was replaced with a new one in the kit as well as new clamps closed with pliers. the crimped fuel lines is a possibility, we wont be able to see until we drop the tank. I cleaned the terminals with contact cleaner and a tooth...

I may try going to a pull a part and get a bit of the line so I can make one or something so we can find out what the pressure is. I checked the voltage when the battery was low and it was at 9 volts, the connector and ground looked good probably wouldnt hurt to clean up the ground a bit though...

It is possible that it is bad, bought it from autozone so it could be bad off the shelf. He bought a new fuel filter and relay, and a tb rebuild kit should be in this afternoon. We are not ones to throw parts at a problem, but for the price of these parts we will at least know that those parts...
