    Weird issues with charging system.

    Yes that is the plan. I have a new head unit, but still need speakers and will definitely be updating the wiring when I do. Most of the speakers are blown and feel it'll be for the best to do a update to the wiring.

    Fixed my slipping alternator belt and changed out my courtesy lamp switch in the door jambs. Also received my LED lights to replace my burnt out dash lights. Pretty sure I'm going to order a new high beam switch and headlight switch next week. Fairly certain those need to be replaced.

    Received a binder from the PO yesterday with a listing of everything that has been done to the truck. One of the cooler items was the original build list from when the truck was purchased.

    This is question I have wondered myself. If ever swap out transmissions, I would put a 4L80E in before anything else. I would love to have an OD in my truck.

    Well finally got the 77' home. The alternator died on the trip and tossed it's belt along with the powersteering belt. Got that all replaced and decided to take her to work today. Thinking about ordering the MAD relay kit for the headlights and possibly upgrading to some H4 lights afterwards.

    My buddies shop is huge! He's been working on it for years and is very proud of his shop. You could do just about anything vehicle wise in that shop. I hope to have a shop similar to that one day. Just to give you guys an idea. This is what was parked beside my truck; made mine feel tiny. lol
