    LMAO, it is really that bad there ? None of the ones I've bought from around here are rusty, my k10 has some rust. Cause they left it sitting in a area that floods a bit.

    take the cab off, the frame, sand blast, coat it with primer, bedliner what ever you can get. as far as the bed cab, you can do the same. I've bed linered a whole truck and cab inside and out.

    Got most of it cleaned up, got 1 that run's out of the firewall pass side beside the ac box. Dunno where it goes, got a couple others but it's running :) , something went wrong with the valve cover on drivers side rear, it's leaking like a mofo.

    That's why I keep getting older ones :) Besides who needs all that ecu shit ? Newest I've ever owned was a 97, this chevy is the oldest and first factory solid axle.

    Yep, tcase has 8 and 6 bolts, with the fill plug in the center and is cast. PO might have had bad 203 shifters, and had 208s sitting around.

    cast, the po prob had issues with the 203 shifter and had a 208 shifter. So they just changed it out. It looks like a heavy sob, is is possible to put 208 internals in a 203 case ? or mix and match.

    White tag, 8 and 6 bolts on the rear with the filler plug in the center. I'm pretty sure that's what a 203 looks like isn't it.
