    I could take the rear shaft out like Jim suggested - would that hurt anything to have it freewheeling? I tried the brakes thing on the way home, I couldnt really tell much difference.

    Just to clarify,I have not tried removing the rear shaft yet and running with just the front. I have removed the front shaft and run with just the rear, but that changed nothing (I thought it was spinning on its own).

    I put the clips in after pressing the cups in from the outside. I installed one clip then pressed in the other side and installed the other clip and stopped at that point.

    When you dd the doors, how does that work - do you dyanmat right on the door skin or on the inside where the panel bolts on? I think it would be hard on the skin, since there is not a lot of room to get in there and work, plus the window assembly could be in the way.
