    Yeah, didn't actually think she wasn't gonna go up as much, those are 31's on her. Just a rough country lift, springs and shocks, etc, that 56 inch rear spring made a difference. 35's I suppose are coming, just 3.73 rear

    Well managed to get the manifold on, but does this how the springs attach to the pipe.

    Ya the power steering pump is attached to the bracket with 2 nuts, , removed the pump as I am gonna replace it, (leaks). Whole lot came out as one unit, now to continue the saga.

    Doubledingo and fast 99 I gotta agree, it's not attached to the alternator anymore, one nut off the back of the power steering pump but it still seems to be attached. But I don't know where.

    Is this bolt all the way thru the power steering pump, need to take outta from the front or at least give myself some room. Also the center bolt on the manifold on cylinder one, does it need to come off. Thanks in advance

    Removed the bolt on the back of the alternator, there was nut on the back of the power steering pump I removed but the bolt is still in the way.

    Pulling the manifold as it cracked no issues so far. Except for this black bracket that's connected to the power steering pump. How th heck does it come off.

    Ya Redmond is pretty close, just noticed today that I have a crack in my driver's side manifold so that ain't helping her, but anyone to look at her that knows about the squarebody well that's a step in the right direction. Marty

    This site has been a wealth of knowledge, but my mechanical skills are sorely lacking. Does anyone know of a squarebody mechanic in the Pacific Northwest, in Washington, but she will travel albeit a bit ruff. Thanks

    Advice required

    1990 Suburban, V1500, 4x4, 5.7 tbi, New fuel pump, filter, coil, etc. A shot of ether and the vehicle starts right up, without it no. When it starts good to go, drive for hours but once you stop, you will need to bust out the ether again. Suggestions anyone, thanks.
