I’m so short on time. Because of work, vacation, more work, then the event I want to use the trailer for. Any input on e-track tie downs? I bought some stuff the last I may return. I want to make this as easy as possible, strapping the bug down. It’s the whole horizontal and vertical e-track that’s confusing me.- 410 John

I want to drag race my Beetle and was looking borrow a trailer. I figured screw it and bought a 16x7 enclosed. Now I can store the Beetle when I want to put the square in the garage. Most of the guys are probably running the metric chassis. There’s a dirt guy by me that mentioned about using a Camaro center link. You gotta make friends in that class and get some driving and set up pointers. Or find someone that could scale it. Is there a gear ratio rule? These stock classes can be brutal with a lot of rules. My buddy runs factory stock class and the rear has to be 3.08. But, you need that tach. I grew up...- 410 John

Welcome from Maryland. My buddy built a fake GS skylark and we cruised the hell out of it in the 80’s. 1972 post car, 350 2bbl, real GS hood and trunk spoiler, crazy 80’s stripes, keystones and single exhaust. We had no idea what we were doing, but had a blast.- 410 John
