    GMC is the same. A GMC is a Chevy plus RPO Z88 (Or a Chevy is a GMC plus RPO X88, depending on your perspective). Designed by same guys, went down the same assembly line (sometimes on the same truck). K

    That is quite a machine. To get the rear axle ratio: a) For open rear diff - mark the tire and drive shaft. Jack up one tire and rotate the tire twice and count how many times the shaft goes around. Ie, if the shaft goes 3.5 times then maybe 3.42 (or 3.40, depending on axle type). If it...

    Do you have the SPID label? For a Janesville truck it may be in the engine compartment attached to the wheelhouse. Most vehicles it is inside the glovebox. Sample attached below -
