    Never heard of W/T but I'm also 29 and recently into chevys lol. Def ruff but $500 isn't bad, a screaming deal if you can get it running without much issue. Have you looked at any of the fluids yet?

    I calculated mine and got 16, then i realized that the odo isnt accurate. The gas gauge is busted. I use an app to track mileage and speed now. That said, i haven't filled it up in a while. Its not a daily, so most trips are <5 miles. But, i smile every time i drive it, so who cares!

    Good points raised up. With all this effort, why not bypass everything and get one tank with fresh lines and an electric pump hooked up? If it still doesnt run, then yeah we need to look at other parts of the truck.

    well i say send it then. If it ticks your square body boxes. My main box was 4 doors and long bed. found it eventually. you going to plow for the government in the winter? that will get you some nice square body improvements cash.

    DIY is the only option for me. Or like others have said. Id be upside down on the value big time. Watch youtube, and decide if their result was good enough for you. Pole barn garage does a really great series on a k10 (i think) that involves a ton of sanding.
