Factory Sway Bar Options
The local yards dont have square bodies except one and they are very picked over. That's why I'm asking for other vehicles that may have some that work.- Magna86

Factory Sway Bar Options
My 74 doesn't have sway bars but I want to add them. Will the sway bars from a G van bolt onto my C10? Any other factory sway bars that I can swap on for cheap from a junkyard car?- Magna86

This is the drivers side seat belt anchor point. What goes on this trim panel? I know passenger side has the hanger hook. -
Custom exhaust size?
2.5" nothing more and a good set of mufflers with pipes to exit the rear. Helps eliminate drone and getting black exhaust soot on the truck.- Magna86

What have you done to your square lately??
I went and looked at it sitting in storage. Went junkyard hunting and was successful in locating passenger side filler neck complete with mounting brackets with straps! Too bad the tank was a 20 gal or I would have taken it. -
What new tools have you got lately?
New toy finally got a cordless 1/2" impact. I went with this one instead if the more powerful one due to size. All my cordless are dewalt so I don't have to buy different systems. Worked great doing the brakes on my 2013 Malibu -
New Square Body Owner
Hello, I dragged home my first square body back in February. It's a 74 Cheyenne Super 10 Dual tank short bed. I bought it as a roller and basically rust free. I plan to install a Olds 350/2004R. Went today to look at a new arrival 87. I got the drivers side filler neck I needed(now need a passenger side) and the seat belt retractors with brackets. Mine I'm pretty sure are missing the brackets. The truck was pretty gone but some pieces left. Here are a few pics of someone sees something... -

Went to the junkyard looking for parts. No 15x8 rallyes or tilt column. But did find these I was missing. -
Cracked column: rebuild or replace?
I would just find a used column to swap into it. Put a column lock on it. Leave the door unlocked so they don't break the window or door locks. For a safety switch just remove the coil or pull the power wire for the HEI if you have one.. They will get it to crank but never start and won't go...- Magna86

I will probably just run it without the inserts shown thanks to the other members. One less thing to buy and my bed isn't correct anyway. The has plenty of other needs to spend that money on. I have 15x6 or 15x7 steel wheels on my new project. But I don't know if these fit the same center as the 15x8 rallyes or take a center hub cap for the lug area. Here are what they look like.
