It seems to be a pair of tubes joined on the edge. It is difficult to see even with mine own eyeballs. Yes, the car has all the plastic bits on it as well as the ducting in the nose. Headers for air bagged 86 c10
On my big block, I have a set of 1968 - 72 Nova headers and they tuck up in the frame quite well. I do not know if the small blocks are the same, but it gives you a direction to look in.- Catbox

What new tools have you got lately?
I bought this at the pawn shop the other day. I have wanted a meter that would tell me DC amperage as well as AC for a while now. It presented itself on Saturday. For some reason it would not read voltage with the leads, but the non contact voltage worked like a champ. So I took the chance on it... -
Best 454 all around build
If you just want to find a set of heads to swap onto your existing engine, the L-29's can bolt right on as well. That will give your Gen 4 engine a nice full point of compression and it will make you more power all around with just those. The internet states it is around 30 to 40 more...- Catbox
